The past is best left there!

I was diagnosed with Relapsing Remitting Multiple Sclerosis in December 2009,

what did that mean then for me?

I decided to try fitness,

that worked for me,

I decided to train to become a personal trainer and an instructor too,

I was made redundant in June 2016,

what did that mean then for me?

I tried to work in the fitness industry,

that didn't work then for me,

I was Certified Visually Impaired in 2021,

what did that mean then for me!

I was registered blind in November 2024,

Blind does not mean I cannot see,

I'm on another spectrum,

I have to use my other senses,

So hearing is the only way I can tell,

This is not just my journey,

It has been my husbands journey too,

I have to change the word me to we.
